We are also inviting various alternative therapists to come along and give healing during this morning. This may include Crystal Healing, Indian Head Massage, Bowen Technique, Reflexology and others. The Guided Meditation is from 11am till 12 noon with medium JANET WILSON. No need to book – just turn up. Cost is £3. Janet will guide you through a beautiful imaginary scene to somewhere you can sit quietly and learn how to interact with your Guides or loved ones in Spirit. Gentle music is played in the background. This is the ideal event for anyone who is just starting on their spiritual pathway. Meditation helps to quieten the mind and link with Spirit. You will come away feeling peaceful but energised. Once you have mastered the art of Meditation, you will never regret it. It’s a means of helping yourself throughout your life.
